Executive Director of Engagement Strategy

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the development and execution of our membership and engagement strategy.

About the Role

This strategic leadership position oversees the growth and diversification of our membership base, enhances value propositions, and implements member services. The Executive Director will lead business development initiatives, oversee member retention and recruitment efforts, and foster partnerships with external stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive membership strategy that drives growth and engagement
  • Enhance existing member services and implement new initiatives to increase member value
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive mutual success
Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow and retain a diverse membership base through targeted outreach and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve business objectives
