Executive Director, Membership And Engagement

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our membership and engagement strategy. We are seeking a visionary leader who can drive growth, retention, and partnerships with external stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive membership strategy that aligns with organisational goals.
  • Lead and motivate a national team to deliver outstanding results in member engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and sponsors.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communications, and business development, as well as skills in building internal cultures and engaging high-net-worth individuals. They will be accountable for budgeting, CRM utilisation, reporting to executive leadership, and ensuring a unified approach across regions.
