About the Role:
  • Lead daily workflow of the Member Support Consultant team to achieve sales targets
  • Achieve individual sales goals to contribute to the team's success
  • Create structures to ensure the team achieves their daily performance criteria
  • Support in delivering training to develop the team
  • Achieve member retention and growth goals on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with senior management in developing initiatives to drive growth
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage the daily operations of the team to meet monthly sales objectives
  • Achieve personal sales targets to contribute to the team's overall success
  • Develop strategies to ensure the team meets their daily minimum performance standards
  • Assist in delivering training programs to enhance team skills
  • Achieve monthly member retention and growth targets
  • Support the development of initiatives to drive membership growth
