Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Strategic HR Business Partner.

This position will play a vital part in our organization, providing human resources advice and support to business units. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with managers and executives, and possess a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Analyze complex business issues and develop strategic solutions.
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or similar) and be committed to ongoing learning and development.
  • Be resilient and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:

  2. To analyze and interpret HR data to inform business decisions.
