We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Partner to join our team. This is an opportunity to drive high-performance results and foster a high-performing workplace culture that attracts talented employees.

This role offers a chance to own the HR function in its entirety, working with leadership to set strategic plans, execute them, and see the results. As a construction company, you should be comfortable on site and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize workforce performance.
  • Partnering with managers to meet business requirements around strategy, resourcing, capability, and performance.
  • Providing advice and guidance to employees and leadership teams.
  • Supporting leaders with project resource planning and training coordination.
  • Assisting in identifying and delivering key HR projects and plans.

About You

We want someone passionate about HR with a proven track record of translating passion into action. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong HR generalist knowledge and experience, coupled with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • The ability to work cohesively as part of a large HR team aligning strategies to overall business growth.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with people at all levels.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, along with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Willingsness to travel to and work from construction sites regularly.
