Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

About the Role:

You will act as a consultant and trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing Human Resources and related business needs.

Providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR best practices while also partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic workforce planning, talent development, and change management initiatives.

  • Act as the subject matter expert on all HR policies, providing guidance, development, and interpretation to management and employees.
  • Facilitate business unit restructuring and organisational design, including workforce planning initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to improve employee engagement, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and offering strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct and analyse a business-wide learning & development needs audit; design, deliver, and evaluate L&D programs for employees and leaders.
  • Provide expertise in employee engagement and development, updating and implementing relevant programs, policies, and tools.
  • Collaborate with the Group HR team on HR projects, including HRIS management and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Support talent development frameworks to enhance leadership capabilities and build bench strength.
