About the Role

This dynamic position involves managing employee issues, developing relationships with senior leaders, and providing trusted advice on employee relations matters. You will be responsible for delivering strategic HR solutions, coaching, and advisory services to drive business success.

Responsibilities
  • Managing complex employee challenges and resolving them through best practice methods.
  • Fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executive teams to understand business needs and demands.
  • Developing and executing strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and culture.
  • Providing expert guidance on management, coaching, and advisory services.
  • Ensuring compliance with State-based workplace health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Relevant Human Resources tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated 2+ years of hands-on, generalist experience as a HR Advisor/Consultant, preferably in a similar professional services organization.
  • Sound knowledge of workplace legislation and ER/HR best practices.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Strong client-focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a national team.
