Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with our team of HR Specialists in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Payroll.

This role will work closely with leaders to provide specialist advice on coaching and delivering key HR processes and projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering people-focused HR solutions and improving practices
  • Partnering with leaders to support business goals and objectives
  • Identifying and resolving team challenges strategically and effectively
  • Using HR data to inform decisions and reporting
  • Designing and delivering HR-related training and development programs
  • Supporting retention, talent, and succession planning initiatives
  • Conducting investigations and preparing reports as required

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a HR Advisory or Business Partner role, generalist focussed with strong ER skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or diploma in Human Resources or a related field would be advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations including the Fair Work Act and Retail Award.
  • Proven track record of supporting and coaching leaders in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
  • The ability to critically analyse HR data for the purpose of identifying trends and preparing HR plans.
