Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned corporate sales specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our Global Markets division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving business growth in the Fixed Income and Currencies space.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Originate business opportunities with existing and new clients, providing expert risk management and advisory services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our FIC Corporate flow business with Australian corporates.
  • Collaborate with the Global Markets teams to build deal pipelines and deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and client needs, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain strong connectivity with the market, leveraging relationships to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or Engineering.
  • At least 6-8 years of relevant financial markets experience in Sales or Global Markets.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Fixed Income and Currencies products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
