About the Role:

Lion Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Capability Development Leader to join our Sales Capability & Solutions Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales team's effectiveness and performance by developing and implementing strategies to build capability across Lion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of exciting sales capability development programs to elevate Lion's L&D offerings and differentiate it in the market.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement, and take a consultative approach with key sales stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and growth throughout the business.
  • Mentor and coach sales teams, and act as a skilled facilitator in workshops and training sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within FMCG, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience in designing and delivering training programs, and experience in sales capability development and implementing best practice solutions.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive change and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
  • A proactive and consultative approach to L&D, ensuring that programs meet evolving organisational needs and foster a culture of growth and development.
