About the Role:
Lion Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Capability Leader to join our Sales Capability & Solutions Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales team's effectiveness and performance by developing and implementing strategies to build capability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of exciting sales capability development programs to elevate Lion's L&D offerings and differentiate it in the market.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement, and take a consultative approach with key sales stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and growth throughout the business.
- Mentor and coach sales teams to utilize their sales leadership background and facilitate workshops and training sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles within FMCG, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience in designing and delivering training programs, as well as experience in sales capability development and implementing best practice solutions.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive change and cultivate a culture of continuous learning, with a proactive and consultative approach to L&D.
