Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

This is a full-time position based in our vibrant location, responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team of hospitality professionals.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience (2+ years) in a restaurant management role, with strong leadership and people management skills.

They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate team of hospitality professionals
  • Ensure consistently high standards of food and beverage quality
  • Monitor restaurant performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Foster a positive, guest-focused culture and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dining experiences
Requirements
  • Significant experience (2+ years) in a restaurant management role
