Restaurant Operations Manager

About this role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

This is a full-time position based in our vibrant location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory management and compliance.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a passionate team of hospitality professionals.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of food and beverage quality.
  • Monitor restaurant performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Foster a positive guest-focused culture and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dining experiences.
  • Manage budgets and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure the restaurant adheres to all relevant health safety and licensing regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Significant experience (2+ years) in a restaurant management role ideally within a high-volume fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and developing successful teams.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management budgeting and cost control.
  • Familiarity with food safety liquor licensing and other relevant hospitality regulations.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to continuous improvement.
