Lead the Guest Experience

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as Venue Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the guest experience at a refined yet relaxed coastal venue in Perth, specializing in local seafood and produce from Western Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service standards, fostering a collaborative team culture, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Front of House team in delivering warm, professional, and attentive service
  • Training, mentoring, and inspiring FOH staff to uphold high service standards
  • Overseeing daily floor operations to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align service and eliminate BOH vs FOH mentality
  • Assisting with rostering, stock management, and day-to-day operational planning

As a skilled leader, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Venue Manager or Assistant Manager role within a refined dining or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Understanding of POS and booking systems
  • Excellent knowledge of food and wine service, with experience in wine list curation highly regarded
  • A guest-first mindset with polished presentation and communication skills
