Venue Experience Leader

About the Role:

The Venue Experience Leader will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a new concept and venue in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front of House team in providing warm, professional, and attentive service to guests.
  • Develop and train FOH staff to uphold high service standards and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience, managing all aspects of venue management.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align service strategies and eliminate any Back of House vs Front of House mentality.
  • Assist in rostering, stock management, and day-to-day operational planning to optimize venue performance.
  • Curate and manage an evolving wine list in collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the growth of the venue group as new projects evolve and expand.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a similar role within a refined dining or hospitality environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team development skills to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and wine service, with expertise in wine list curation highly regarded.
  • Understanding of POS and booking systems to streamline operations.
  • A guest-first mindset with polished presentation and communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
