About the Opportunity

At Mercy Health, we're seeking a skilled HR Services Specialist to join our integral HR Services and operations team. This full-time position is based in our Richmond Head Office, with the option to work remotely two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR processes within Workday to support employee lifecycle enquiries for all staff
  • Provide exceptional service as the first point of contact for HR queries for employees and managers across the business
  • Action requests by end-users, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
  • Support managers across the business to ensure a seamless recruitment process
  • Champion our HRIS (Workday) and ticketing system (Service Now)

Requirements:

  • Fantastic stakeholder management skills
  • A high level of attention-to-detail
  • Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
  • Experience using different systems, including MS Office Applications and HRIS (desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing high-priority tasks
  • A customer-focused and problem-solving approach to work
  • A pro-active attitude and a desire to learn
