Human Resources Coordinator

Employment Type: Permanent full-time position
Location: Mercy Health - Richmond Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR processes within Workday to support employee lifecycle enquiries for all staff
- Provide exceptional service as the first point of contact for HR queries for employees and managers across the business
- Action requests by end-users, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
- Support managers across the business to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Champion our HRIS (Workday) and ticketing system (Service Now)
Requirements:
- Fantastic stakeholder management skills
- A high level of attention-to-detail
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
- Experience using different systems, including MS Office Applications and HRIS (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing high-priority tasks
- A customer-focused and problem-solving approach to work
- A pro-active attitude and a desire to learn
