- Ensuring the delivery of human resource services and practices that effectively support management.
- Offering guidance and advice to the Human Resources Manager and team of Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) regarding all employee relations (ER) matters and case management.
- Actively participating and providing precise advice during agreement negotiations as needed.
- Driving and overseeing human resource-designated projects.
- Coaching managers to ensure their proficiency in current and relevant human resource management practices.
- Leading and facilitating the delivery of human resource services that align with the organisation's strategic objectives and embody existing values.
- Contributing to a collective approach to change management and the implementation of change.
- Offering the review and development of policies and procedures.
- Maintaining and cultivating effective relationships with relevant stakeholders by ensuring appropriate lines of communication are upheld.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations by implementing risk assessments and frameworks and management programs in both clinical and non-clinical areas.
**To Be Successful**
This is an opportunity to join a highly ethical and progressive organisation.
To capture the client's interest, you must also demonstrate the following:
- Proven senior-level tenure and resilience within the health services sector or exposure to large, complex, multi-site, unionised working environments.
- Demonstrated success as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.
- Leadership in service delivery, driving cultural change, and managing major projects within complex organisations.
- Effective problem-solving in the face of complexity.
- A pragmatic and can-do approach, exhibited through sophisticated verbal and written communication.
