About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Lead to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Claims Transformation program, you will be responsible for designing and implementing improvements to our claims processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all products and channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience, frontline operations, and business efficiency.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to foster robust relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to drive business outcomes and deliver a target customer experience model.
  • Support the delivery of programs and projects on time and on budget, ensuring compliance with Allianz Australia Limited (AAL) project governance structures.
About You
  • You will have significant experience in handling claims management processes and procedures, with a strong understanding of general insurance product lines.
  • Prior people management or coaching experience, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven capability to manage change and promote organizational transformation, leveraging effective process, collaboration, and communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling complex and ambiguous issues, combined with strategic planning and commercial operationalization skills.
