About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Agility Lead to join our Risk Management Group at Macquarie. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing Agile frameworks and practices to drive business transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of Agile frameworks and practices to drive business transformation and growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership and senior stakeholders to prioritize value, define team structures, and leverage Agile practices to drive transformational programs.
  • Facilitate strategic planning and prioritization sessions, including Quarterly Business Planning.
  • Work closely with leadership to understand dependencies, metrics, and reporting to measure progress and team performance outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
About the Team

You will be part of an independent and centralized function responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring, and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
