About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Transformation Lead to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our transformation team, you will be responsible for establishing the foundations for delivering measurable value in our Group Agile transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a practical plan for implementing agile work methods that aligns with company goals and maximises value creation.
  • Develop a system for measuring progress, proving the benefits of these changes, and using data to guide decisions.
  • Lead the company-wide adoption of consistent and effective agile practices.
  • Design and maintain agile frameworks, tools, and standards that offer flexibility while ensuring essential consistency across the organisation.
  • Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, innovation, and data-driven decision-making throughout the company to support the agile transformation.
