Job Summary:

Virtusa is seeking a skilled Transformation Lead to join our team and drive the transformation of our payment systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of our payment systems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of our payment systems, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our payment systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of payment systems with business processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and vendors.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in payment systems transformation and leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading successful payment systems transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, including payment methods, channels, and vendors.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
