We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Support Specialist to join our team in the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Community Corrections.
This is an ongoing permanent full-time (35 hours per week) role that offers a salary of $93,295 - $102,941 plus super and leave loading (Clerk Grade 5/6).
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive support and administrative services to facilitate business operations and achieve organisational goals.
- Assess and prioritise requests to optimise the executive's time, manage their diary appointments, records and correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule meetings.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing notes to support business requirements.
- Gather and provide background information for the executive to inform decision making and planning.
- Maintain and update administrative practices, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- A person who can manage competing priorities, provide high levels of support, maintain confidentiality, and act with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
