About the Role

The Data-Driven Marketing Insights Specialist will be instrumental in driving business growth and sustainability across our network of restaurants by providing essential sales and marketing insights.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Evaluating post-campaign analysis to optimize ROI and drive sales growth
  • Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to marketing strategies and restaurant operations
  • Conducting customer analysis to understand diverse segments, preferences, and purchasing behaviors
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment regarding sales movements driven by marketing activities
  • Serving as the liaison between marketing and support functions to align marketing initiatives with overall business financial objectives
  • Preparing board reports using the latest insights and analysis
  • Supporting finance and marketing teams with budget preparation and forecasting
  • Modeling the impact of promotional activities as needed for business requirements

About You

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Experience analyzing and drawing insights from large volumes of data
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential
  • SQL experience is preferred
