AFL Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team in Sydney. As a key sales professional, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and maintaining existing ones with customers across the food industry.

**Job Overview**: We are looking for an individual with minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, including cold calling, to join our team as a Sales Representative for Organic Health Food Products. The successful candidate will have a passion for food and health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

**Responsibilities**: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business relationships with customers across the food industry;
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships through regular visits and product demonstrations;
  • Conducting market research and analyzing consumer demands and trends to stay ahead of the competition;
  • Meeting sales targets and exceeding revenue growth expectations;

**Requirements**: To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, including cold calling;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers;
  • Highly self-motivated and organized with a commercial mindset;
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel);
  • A valid current driver's license and willingness to travel across Sydney suburbs daily.

**Salary Estimate**: Based on industry standards, we estimate a competitive salary of $80,000-$110,000+ generous bonus for this role. However, please note that this is just an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
