Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrator to provide front-of-house support to our team based in the South-East region. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
About the RoleThis is an ongoing temporary position with an immediate start. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider office, including meeting room preparation, processing mail, and dealing with confidential documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administration support to the wider office
- Responsible for all front of house duties, including meeting visitors and answering calls
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, as well as preparing meeting rooms
- Deal with confidential documentation and arrange couriers as needed
- Prior experience within a similar role
- Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication both written and oral
- Professional in both presentation and manner
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel
- An immediate start for an ongoing temporary role
- A dynamic and friendly office culture
- South-east location with onsite parking available
