We are seeking a highly organized and creative Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Sense Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, including coordinating rosters, creating engaging social media content, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Roster Management: Manage and adjust rosters to ensure seamless daily operations, handle rescheduling for staff or participant absences, and provide general administrative support to the team and management.
  • Social Media Content Creation: Create and manage engaging social media content to showcase our work and connect with our audience, maintain accurate and organized records, and collaborate with the team to ensure coverage and smooth handovers.
  • Administrative Support: Provide excellent customer service, answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and care, assist with compliance documentation and audits, and learn and operate our scheduling system.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration or a similar support role.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and creativity in social media marketing or content creation.
  • A quick learner, ready to adopt new systems and processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a flexible, proactive approach to problem-solving.
About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
