We are seeking an Executive Support Specialist to join our team in Perth.

The OpportunityThis is a 12-month parental leave cover position working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role working closely with our Legal Assistants to provide administrative support to legal and business services staff to enhance our client experience.
Responsibilities- Assist with diary management and travel arrangements;
- Complete administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, or photocopying;
- Assist with document creation, editing, formatting, and finalisation;
- Prepare files for archiving and manage return and retrieval of files following firm guidelines;
- Provide ad-hoc support to the practice groups such as dealing with incoming mail, expense management, booking meeting rooms, amending documents, and any other administrative duties.
The successful candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a team-oriented approach, exceptional attention to detail, strong understanding of Microsoft Office, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to think on your feet and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
