About the Role:
As an Administrator with our national law firm, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of our corporate and commercial team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mail and other office communications
- Oversee stock management and ordering of office supplies
- Liaise with building management and assist with events coordination
- Provide IT assistance and general administrative support
- Participate in reception duties and maintain a well-organized workspace

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within professional services
- A proactive individual with initiative and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MO) and ability to adapt to new technologies
