Aon is seeking an Insurance Policy Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This hybrid role offers a unique blend of work-from-home and office flexibility, allowing you to achieve a better work-life balance.

As an Insurance Policy Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administration support to Senior Brokers and communicating with clients to meet their insurance needs.

  • Provide timely and accurate policy administration support to Senior Brokers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to address their insurance needs.
  • Participate in pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations, creating renewal reports, and preparing certificates of currency and endorsements.
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Attend client meetings, work on tender processes, and handle claims and other insurance broking duties.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers.
  • Enhance the client experience through exceptional customer service.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience supporting Senior Brokers with client accounts, preferably in a high-regarded capacity.
  • Strong administration and customer service skills.
  • Client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking experience, ideally in a highly regarded setting.
  • General insurance product experience, particularly across Tier 1 products.
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive, organized approach with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail.
