Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to drive business outcomes through expert knowledge of HR and organizational development.

  • This role plays a key part in driving business success by developing and implementing effective people solutions aligned with our strategies, policies, and procedures.

About the Role:

HR Business Partner

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders across National and State Portfolio's to develop and implement effective people solutions.

  • Lead the achievement of desired business objectives through expert HR knowledge and commitment to developing national and state people solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business to support the achievement of our strategic people plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources or Organizational Development.
  • Adept at translating HR and organisational theory into pragmatic practice.
  • Analytical and commercial skills to identify insights and actions from people and business metrics.
  • Thrive on complexity, ambiguity, and multi-tasking.
  • Systems lens, able to see how separate elements fit together within HR and across the wider organisation.
  • Focused on priorities, using sound judgement to determine where to apply efforts for greatest impact.
  • Adaptable and able to work in an environment that has periods of high activity and competing demands.
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check.
