- Leads and drives the realization of desired business outcomes.
- Develops and implements our people strategy across diverse teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and implementing people strategies, with expertise in employment relations, change management, and project management.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills to identify insights and actions from people and business metrics and engagement results.
- Adept at translating HR and organisational theory into practical and pragmatic practice.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic advice to senior leaders on people-related matters.
- Driving change within the HR function and across the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
