Senior People Advisor Role

About the Position:

The Asia Pacific corporate team drives and delivers projects for the region as part of global strategic initiatives. We are seeking a skilled Senior People Advisor to support the corporate office by delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with the business to enhance performance and capability, providing accurate advice and guidance to line managers and employees.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant IR legislation and professional HR practice, liaising with contracts and compliance as required.
  • Prepare staff employment contracts, amendments and secondments, advising on employment policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to the APAC HR strategy through facilitating employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure key operational HR processes are consistently delivered to a standard of excellence.
  • Prepare and analyse HR data and metrics, undertaking regular reporting activities.

About You:

  • Relevant HR or business-related qualification, or equivalent level of experience.
  • Previous relevant experience in HR, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Solid understanding of Australian Employment Law.
  • Ability to make recommendations to resolve problems or issues.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, particularly in a multi-cultural context.
