About the Role

You will advise and influence senior leaders on workforce planning, change management, and organizational development. You will also mentor and guide leaders through complex people matters and strategic challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead key initiatives in performance management, employee recognition, cultural enhancement, and workforce transformation.
  • Advise and influence senior leaders on workforce planning, change management, and organizational development.
  • Mentor and guide leaders through complex people matters and strategic challenges.
  • Provide guidance and support on a wide range of employee relations, performance, and conduct matters.
  • Guide leaders through talent management, succession planning, and performance and goal setting.
  • Integrate innovative people solutions by collaborating with expert teams across People and Culture.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, agility, and high performance across the organization.
