Talent acquisition is not just about filling roles; it's about crafting a seamless experience that showcases your expertise and passion for strategic hiring.
- Develop market expertise by analyzing talent insights, leveraging market intelligence, and utilizing data to drive optimal talent outcomes.
- Contribute to workforce planning by providing critical talent intelligence to inform future skills and capabilities for our evolving needs.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives across Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Systems, Early Years Careers Programs, and Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
We need a skilled talent expert who is proactive, collaborative, and driven by a passion for strategic talent solutions. Key qualifications include:
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition or a generalist HR role with recruitment as a major function.
- Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Insights to inform talent strategies.
- Ability to think innovatively and creatively to solve complex hiring challenges and pipeline diverse talent.
- Strong strategic thinking and influence skills to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people at all levels of seniority.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with prior experience working with applicant tracking systems and talent technology.
