Goodstart is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team.

This role involves providing strategic and operational support to senior leaders across multiple regions, driving business outcomes through expert knowledge of HR practices and commitment to developing effective solutions aligned with Goodstart's strategies and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement national and state people solutions that meet the needs of our teams and drive business success
  • Work closely with senior leaders to understand business objectives and provide tailored advice and support
  • Lead and drive the achievement of desired business outcomes through expert knowledge of HR practices and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Requirements
  • Strong experience in HR business partnering, employment relations, change management, and project management
  • Proven ability to operate strategically and operationally, with a focus on delivering business outcomes
  • Excellent analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to identify insights and actions from people and business metrics and engagement results
  • A bachelor degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
