Role: HR Business Partner
Strategic People Partnership OpportunityThis is a key leadership position that will drive the achievement of desired business objectives through expert knowledge of, and commitment to, developing and implementing effective national people solutions aligned with organisational strategies, policies, and procedures.
You will work closely with senior leaders in multiple regions and report to the Head of People, providing strategic and trusted advice by developing a deep understanding of the business. This includes leading and driving the achievement of desired business objectives through expert knowledge of, and commitment to, developing and implementing effective national people solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement national people strategy across diverse teams, particularly with regards to talent management, capability development, and leadership.
- Experience in employment relations, change management, and/or project management is essential for success in this role.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, driving change and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills to identify insights and actions from people and business metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to complexity and ambiguity.
- A systems lens, able to see how separate elements fit together within HR and across the organisation.
