Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Solutions Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and the ability to develop effective solutions.

About the Role

The Strategic Business Solutions Expert will be responsible for providing expert advice on business operations and workflows, as well as recommending improved business solutions. This includes:

  • Functional requirement mapping - End-to-end requirements/specifications lifecycle management from elicitation through build, testing and user adoption.
  • Preparing business scenarios/user stories for UAT and Go-Live testing.
  • Reviewing as-built documentation of business and functional rules from the supplier and finalising for operational BAU handover.
  • Contributing to business operations and workflows and recommending improved business solutions (i.e. people, process, data and systems).
  • Quality assurance of business analysis activities and outputs (own and peer review).
  • Continuous improvement in business analysis methodology, practices, and toolsets.
Key Responsibilities

The Strategic Business Solutions Expert will also be responsible for assisting and supporting change activities, including employee and leader engagement, training materials and FAQs. Additionally, they will assist and support in SIT and UAT ensuring all business requirements are tested and verified.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in digital or IT projects.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and user story creation.
  • Familiarity with UAT, SIT, and release coordination across environments.
  • Ability to review technical documentation and support handover to BAU.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment.
  • Experience with business analysis tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).
