About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opening for a People & Culture Coordinator on a 5-month fixed-term contract. This role will support our Corporate Functions, including Finance, IT, P&C, Legal, and Safety. As a member of our Employee Experience Team, you will provide administration and HR system support for transformational initiatives across the business.

In this Role, You Will:

  • Onboard new team members and ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Process internal movements in our HR systems and prepare associated documentation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update team member records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and team members on P&C policies, procedures, and system queries, promoting a culture of excellence and best practices.
  • Draft letters of offer and documentation for flexible working arrangements, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Generate reports and provide HR-related data as needed, supporting business decisions and strategic planning.

You're Likely a Match If You Have:

  • A strong background in HR, with a qualification or experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • User experience with HRIS systems, with SuccessFactors experience being highly regarded.
  • Administrative experience within a HR/People & Culture function in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
