Job OpportunityWe are seeking a People and Culture Administrator to join our National team in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a permanent role with an industry leader and employer of choice, offering the opportunity to be part of transformational change.
About the RoleThe People and Culture Administrator will provide transactional, administrative, and operational support to the Head of People & Culture and the people and culture team. This is a true all-rounder role that will enable you to build your Human Resources (HR) skills and knowledge to grow your future career.
Key Responsibilities- Performing administrative duties, including diary and email management, and travel coordination for the Head of People and Culture.
- Facilitating cyclical P&C processes, including developing process manuals for HR functions, including Workday.
- Periodic review and amendment of policies and procedures.
- Preparing and submitting people reports, including monthly executive reporting, and other ad hoc P&C reporting.
- Undertaking project work in consultation with the broader P&C team.
- Providing ad hoc support to members of the P&C team.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Verifiable experience working in a Human Resources/People and Culture function.
- Experience using Workday or another HRIS and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement plans.
- Sound customer service skills with excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
- Good time management skills with the ability to plan, organise, and set priorities.
- Strong understanding of transmitting sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.
- Full Australian working rights and willingness to undergo a National Police check.
