Job Summary
We are seeking a People and Culture Administrator to provide administrative support to our Head of People & Culture and the people and culture team. This role will involve performing various administrative duties, facilitating HR processes, and providing ad-hoc support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Head of People & Culture, including diary management, email management, and travel coordination.
Facilitate HR processes, including developing process manuals for HR functions and maintaining Workday.
Review and amend policies and procedures as needed.
Prepare and submit people reports, including monthly executive reporting and ad-hoc P&C reporting.
Undertake project work in consultation with the broader P&C team.
Provide ad-hoc support to members of the P&C team.
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Verifiable experience working in a Human Resources/People and Culture function.
Experience using Workday or another HRIS and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement plans.
Sound customer service skills with excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
Good time management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and set priorities.
Strong understanding of transmitting sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.
Full Australian working rights and a willingness to undergo a National Police check.
