Job Title: Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales and guest experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop frontline staff to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Meet new member and growth targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests
  • Assist in lead generation through digital and traditional marketing activities
  • Conduct tours of the centre/facility as necessary to turn prospective members/guests into ongoing members

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales and customer-facing environment
  • Experience leading teams in the health, fitness, leisure, or recreation industries is highly regarded
  • A solid understanding of business needs and processes as pertaining to KPIs, budgets, and service standards
  • Experienced in motivating teams to reach targets
  • A people person with exceptional interpersonal skills
