Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to provide end-user support and training for Oracle E-Business Suite and related applications. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build effective working relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support and training for Oracle E-Business Suite and related applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with IT teams as needed
  • Develop and maintain detailed support procedures and training materials
  • Effectively manage service requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Test application integrations and updates, including third-party systems and patches
  • Participate in critical month-end support activities to ensure successful Oracle EOM processing
  • Analyze and resolve client-raised issues within defined service levels
  • Utilize Oracle development tools such as TOAD and SQL for support tasks

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Oracle ERP (E-business Suite) Applications expertise
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in application support, preferably in a large organization or similar role
  • Prior experience working with SQL and PL/SQL
