About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to join our application support team, providing critical technical expertise in ensuring optimal performance and operation of our application portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver first and second-level technical support to application end-users, responding promptly and professionally to any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain and enhance applications throughout their lifecycle, guaranteeing stability, security, and peak performance.
  • Coordinate activities with external vendors to ensure uninterrupted operation, functionality, and performance of systems within the application portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on application performance, usability, and functionality, driving continual improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred), but equivalent experience or relevant certifications can also be considered.
  • Proven experience in an application support role, with hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level applications.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing stakeholder expectations and delivering results-oriented solutions.
