Business Applications Specialist
Job Description:
The Business Applications Specialist is responsible for providing technical support for operational procedures and processes.
Collaborate with business users, developers, and vendors to identify and troubleshoot issues.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or vendors.
Provide technical assistance to ensure seamless operations of our eCommerce systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in providing first and second-level support for eCommerce systems.
- Deep understanding of Out-of-the-Box Commerce API used by eCommerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of OData and its implementation within eCommerce systems.
- Experience working with Content Stack is highly desirable.
