Job Description

The Technical Support Specialist - Application Expert provides high-level technical support for complex applications. This role requires a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of application systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to users of complex applications, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and optimal system performance.
  • Maintain and improve application systems, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support application maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance application functionality and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with application use and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with development and production support teams to prioritize bug fixes and implement improvements.
  • Participate in application releases, from development to deployment.
  • Analyze post-implementation results to ensure successful system design and functionality.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to stakeholders and provide advisory services as needed.
