Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist - Application Expert provides high-level technical support for complex applications. This role requires a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of application systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to users of complex applications, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and optimal system performance.
- Maintain and improve application systems, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support application maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities to enhance application functionality and efficiency.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with application use and maintenance.
- Collaborate with development and production support teams to prioritize bug fixes and implement improvements.
- Participate in application releases, from development to deployment.
- Analyze post-implementation results to ensure successful system design and functionality.
- Communicate technical information effectively to stakeholders and provide advisory services as needed.
