Job Title: Expert Application Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer issues, ensuring timely communication of progress and escalations to all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain interfaces and customized reports using SQL-based queries and views.
  • Negotiate timeframes for solution implementation with clients and provide regular updates on progress during problem resolution.
  • Evaluate and escalate process or project improvements to relevant parties to enhance product use or reduce incoming call volume.
  • Provide standby and after-hours service as needed to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in application server deployment and administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
