Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Application Support Specialist.

As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues, and collaborating with IT teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will also play a critical role in documenting support procedures, maintaining training manuals, and managing service requests effectively.

  • Provide advanced technical support to end-users via phone, email, or remote sessions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with IT teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure seamless system performance
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation, including user guides and training manuals
  • Manage service requests effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle ERP applications, including E-Business Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
