Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to provide end-user support and training for Oracle E-Business Suite.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.

You will be responsible for documenting support procedures, maintaining training manuals, logging, tracking, and managing service requests efficiently.

You will also test application integrations and updates, including third-party systems and patches, and participate in month-end support activities to ensure successful processing.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in application support, working in a large organization or similar role, with prior knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.

Effective communication skills are essential to communicate with all customers and stakeholders.
