Job Overview

The primary function of the Technical Support Specialist is to provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for digital platforms.

This role requires a highly skilled and technically proficient individual with extensive experience in supporting complex consumer-facing digital applications.

Key responsibilities include providing timely and effective support, troubleshooting technical issues, escalating complex problems, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 1 and 2 support for digital platforms, including CMS, CRM, website, and mobile applications
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage incidents, and escalate complex problems
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance system performance
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role supporting complex digital platforms
  • Strong technical foundation with exposure to software development or website development
  • Experience with CRM and CMS tools, as well as expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
